Our employees' participation is essential to bringing our vision of social responsibility to the communities. Through the Manos Oriental volunteer program, we channel our people's commitment into educational, environmental, and social projects that generate direct impact.
This collective effort reflects the spirit of a bank that gets involved, listens, and takes action. From school activities to ecological restoration and support for nonprofit organizations, our volunteers are agents of change who strengthen the bond between Oriental and the communities.
La colaboración y participación de nuestros empleados son las claves del éxito.

We promote access to education as the foundation for personal and economic development, strengthening capabilities and preparing people to make informed decisions throughout their lives.
This pillar is made up of four main areas:
We drive business development as an engine of economic growth, creating opportunities for more people to turn ideas into sustainable businesses.
Our approach stands out for a structured growth model that supports entrepreneurs at every stage of their development, through a clear and progressive journey.
Seed: Where ideas are born
We support projects in their early stages, providing access to knowledge, tools, and inspiration to shape their ideas.
This effort is strengthened through partnerships with institutions such as: Proyecto La Cepita at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, the Center for Innovation and Commercialization at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, Parallel 18, and the Entrepreneurship Center at Universidad Interamericana, connecting participants with the ecosystem from their earliest stages.
Grow: Where ideas take shape
We support entrepreneurs who are developing their businesses, strengthening their operational and strategic capabilities.
At this stage, we collaborate with organizations such as the Centro Empresarial para la Mujer, the Centro para Emprendedores, Business Atelier, Grupo Guayacán, and Colmena 66, offering mentorship, access to networks, and tools that help structure and grow their companies.
Scale: Where businesses expand
We support established companies in their expansion process, facilitating access to capital, strengthening their management, and promoting their growth in the market.
We work alongside allies such as Grupo Guayacán, the Centro para Emprendedores, and Business Atelier, connecting entrepreneurs with financial opportunities, capitalization processes, and tools to scale their operations.
